Just had my 1 week check up today, doc said I only need to wear the elastics at night and that I can drink beer as long as Im not taking pain meds. AWESOME!

Hey guys, try the Tylenol 3 or whatever painkillers you have to help sleep. So far I have not had much problem with sleep as long as I pop a painkiller beforehand. Those things are supposed to make you sleepy.
