Just wanted to add that I left my old pic of when I first got my uppers done as my profile picture...so that was my teeth at the begining of this 5 year journey Sometimes I wish I left it that way.

I oh so know what your dealing with. Ive been in braces for what seems like forever. And my ortho wants me out of them but my lowers are not aligned properly. Ortho wants to just even them out after braces come off, but I still think it will look a bit odd.

Everyones different. I have been wearing mine for quite some time...and I think I will be wearing them until my treatment is over.
