What insurance do you have? I consulted with Dr. Arnett and have Anthem Blue Cross. I was approved as medically necessary but they only agreed to cover $3,000 of his fees because he is out-of-network!

I'm jealous of you both! I consulted with Arnett in July. I will be surgery ready come June or July but my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross) is only agreeing to pay $3,000 since Arnett is out-of-network.
