I had my braces put on 10 days ago, it is incredible how your mouth adapts! 3 days after having them put on I posted on here about how I was hating having them,the pain,awkwardness in my mouth,brushing etc etc. but as everyone who replied to the post promised everything is changed! Thanks everyone for replying,appreciate it. Ripping them off, yes that is exactly how I've been feeling! I was giving serious consideration to getting them removed but I've woken up this morning and the discomfort is a little less then yesterday so I will definitely keep going. I can't wait to start...

Thanks Annie! Feel bit more relaxed about it after reading that. You're right from now on I shall re-frame the pain from being a negative thing into the positive as it means the teeth are on the move : )
