It really is amazing. Everyone said it'd change heaps in a month but I didn't want to get too excited. I think a few more weeks and those 2 front teeth should be lined up without the gap

I've found bread/cakes/chicken and definitely rice. The worst is when food gets lodged in my back teeth and I can feel it but I can't really get it out with my tongue.

I just turned 25 and I got the ceramic braces and honestly I couldn't be happier as they are very subtle and people hardly notice them.
