I miss being able to snack easily and being able to sip tea and other hot drinks through the day. But it's not so bad - I'm trying to keep my eyes on the prize and all that :)

Plus if you have a little gum habit, perhaps you'll really like using the chewie!

I also use a fluoride gel, hoping that this will protect my teeth a little...

I had my attachments put on for my first trays (which I'm still in, I'm a newbie) and getting them in and out isn't at all difficult, though I'm sure it will get harder down the track. I hope you have an easy ride with this too!

This is my first week of invisalign and while I can deal so far with the discomfort and the appearance issues, I'm struggling with being hungry all the time. I don't need or want to lose weight (I've already lost a couple of pounds since I began this five days ago!) and I find it hard to be happy or...
