My Dentist discharged me today.

I got my last (fingers crossed) clear aligner today. This is in now until I go back on 14th November. I'll be ordering my whitening gel then. Mine got really bad on one side where I discovered a bit of wire sticking out. I covered it in orthodontal wax until I went back for a check up. My dentist then covered it with something more permanent. I also find that Bonjela helps a little.

I use Steradent or Retainer Brite and use a small/thin child's plastic paint brush to get 'behind' the springs - this area does get really manky!

I apparently get 2 clear retainers free. Moulds being taken for number 1 on 2nd Sept.
