You guys are so lucky, my ortho gave me a little case of wax... at least it was helpful

I am getting my braces tomorrow but I was already told that I don't need them, that I am crazy to spend so much money on my teeth, that I will look childish with colorful ligs. I'm tired to explain that it's not all about the cosmetic part. And I don't even have them on yet :|
