Metal Mouth Message Board

I'm almost 6 weeks into braces and have developed a fondness for chicken, namely chicken and rice :P i find it the easiest to eat. Anyone else find this? or have u got any other tips for a lunch time takeaway? cause i keep forgetting to make my lunch for work :P

hi all :) i'm fresh in braces, had them almost 3 weeks. My question is, has anyone here ever had a mouth injury while in braces? and if so what happened and are u ok? :P I'm absolutly paranoid of any bump to my mouth at the moment.
