I was 64 when I got my braces. People think I'm waiting at the orthodontist to pick up my grandchildren.

It's been 1 year and 5 months and they will be coming off in 40 days. Just in time for my son's wedding.

I'm 65 and have had my braces for 1 year and 5 months now. My orthodondist says they will be coming off soon, just some final fine tuning. It's funny, I think I'm going to miss them. I've noticed a change in my taste abilities. I asked my dentist about it and he said he had never heard of anyone complaining of it. He said stainless steel should have no effect.
