Meatloaf was one of my favorite things I had the day of or the day after an adjustment when things got a little painful. Very filling, very tasty, very soft.

Sorry guys I been meaning to stop by here for a bit but real life has been kicking my butt and keeping me busy. But yes in two days, on Wednesday I'm getting my upper braces removed and replaced with retainers! They took some molds and whatnot on my previous visit and took off the molar bands and so...

DO NOT LOOK AT VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF TADS!

I made that mistake when I began my braces treatment and luckily I didn't need TADs but I never got over the videos. Very cringe-worthy

Kinda late on the update guys but at my last appointment earlier this month my orthodontist told me that she expects to keep me in braces for 1 or 2 more months depending on how fast my final gaps close!

I'M ALMOST THERE!!!

My orthodontist also implied today that some filing down is to be done. I think I am gonna say no to that when the time comes, unless it is the lower teeth. I want my teeth straight and I don't think the shape will affect the treatment. I guess I will cross that bridge when I get to it but I am fee...
