Hullo! I really hope someone can give me some advice. I just ate something crunchy and the back of my brace felt funny. So had a wee look-see and my wire had came out of the first bracket and bent. I managed to push it back in but now my teeth feel strange. Not overly but like they moved? Can I wait...

I think if teeth look great! Like u I won't achieve the perfect smile or midline but I think u look good. Still wouldnt hurt to get them to explain why they want u finished .... Good luck x

iamtamur- Many times if you have hooks on some of your brackets, you may wear elastics. It isn't a guarantee that you will need to wear them but that is what the hooks are for. rhuj- I didn't mean to scare you- the elastics are painful, until you get used to them (takes about a week). Hullo! I was feeling a little on the 'older' side for getting braces and Im nearly 35. I think what made me feel odd about is that my eldest daughter is about to get hers on - only a week after me! So Im really happy to see older or should I say ' more mature' ha ha folk getting it done too!
