Re: ceramics and curry/coffee?
I always get the opaque ligs and at first I avoided coffee. After a couple of times of drinking coffee without thinking about it I didn't notice any staining. Now I don't worry about it. I usually just swish with water once I'm done and no staining so far.

Re: First day after first adjustment - no pain?
I haven't felt any pain for my last couple of adjustments. They get a little sore about a week in, but other than that I don't even feel them anymore.

Re: Are they perfect?
I am terrified that I will not be satisfied with the results. Ever since Ive started this process I've been obsessed with how teeth look, so I'll be devastated if I'm not happy with how they look after all this.

Re: how long do you brush your teeth?
It takes me 4 four minutes or so to brush, and then another 5 minutes to floss thoroughly. Such a pain! I will never complain about having to floss after having my braces off again.

Re: Water Pik instead of flossing?
I've been really intrigued by the water pik, first because I thought I was going to have a problem flossing when I got my braces on. It has been a lot easier than I expected, which is great. I may still pick it up as an addition though, mostly because I'm still really curious about it.
