My ortho adviced me to wear my essix every night at the beginning of the treatment. But after he got my braces off he adviced me to wear 24/7 ...

After getting rid of braces, it's a pain to use removable retaniers more than 8-10 hours for me. That's why I'd rather to use bonded retainers. But I have still questions..
