I used to before i got my braces... now i have pretty long nails!! i havnt found how to bite em because each time i unconciently try to i just cant, it kinda hurts.

hello!! tomorrow is my 1st month aniversary and i have seen a lot of progress but on monday i had my first adjustment and I dindnt experienced any pain just preassure while i was there at the dentist, I asked the dentist if iwas going to expect pain, and she said a bit like a 3 but lots of preassure...

how did it went? i got mine too this morning it took less than an hour i was impressed and to be honest I was expecting pain... but so far just pressure, having lunch was kinda hard, I just started to experience some kind of discomfort on my lower pices...
