I found your diary online once and found it very interesting. Your upper teeth were a lot like my lowers so it was very useful to see what kind of time scales to expect. I wanted to read it again but couldn't find it! I must have spent about 2 days looking for it again before i recognised a picture ...

Sounds fairly similar to when I get a wire change. It's a 3 hour trip each way for me to attend an appointment, so I always stop off and get myself a big tasty meal (and a beer ;)) before the trip back. The ache starts a little on the way back but doesn't really kick in till i get home, or sometimes...

Extractions can be done on the NHS if you can find a dentist. I got 4 extractions done privately for £250, so about £60 a tooth. Braces are expensive if you go private, Cheaper on the NHS, free on the NHS if your < 18 or in full time education (though you need a special form, HS2?), or if you get it...

I bought the small cordless waterpik. It hurt at first, in fact I managed to dislodge some gum from between my teeth! However i'm now used to it and feel i might want something more powerful. Does the big one have more variability when it comes to power output?
