Has anybody used any of the mouth guard products? I posted about the strips a while back and about the plastic guard that fits over the archwire but hadn't heard back about whether the strips stayed on... anyone have any feedback on either?

I have found that Ecotrin (or a generic coated 325mg aspirin) alternated with Ibuprofen has made a huge difference for me.

I found a wonderful site of tongue thrust correction exercises which I enthusiastically performed for two days. Kind of how long I last working out at a gym lol. For me, my little prongs serve as "boot camp" for my tongue - I have to do it whether I want to or not!!!!!!

I should think that he will be happy to do it. He wants you to be satisfied and serve as a walking advertisement of his skill as an ortho. It's worth the extra money I think.
