THis guy needs to be banned. Very creepy.

I am about five months into treatment and I didn't notice any changes until about the third month. Now, my teeth look worse than they did before braces. My bottom teeth are almost perfect but the tops are still jacked up; but getting better.

Before braces, my teeth looked bad. After 5 months, they looked horrible. My orthodontist told me it would happen and he was right. I'm not worried though because I know my teeth will look great in a few short months.

The only thing that I can really say about power chains is that they make my teeth hurt like heck! I have them across my entire upper and lower teeth. My last appointment was about two weeks ago and my teeth still hurt.

I only brush for two minutes. I know because my toothbrush has a timer on it. My entire routine takes about six or seven minutes though.
