Metal Mouth Message Board

anyone on here have issues with tongue thrusting that caused an open bite? This is the source of my issue so I have been researching how to correct it on my own without going to a therapist....NOT easy to do at this point in time. I never realized how 'incorrect' my tongue naturally sits in my mouth...
