I remember seeing on youtube a video on how to make yourself "fake braces" out of a stapler ... really weird..

Yes, I have braces on lower jaw as well, but a bracket is loose for some weeks now and I'll only have the appointment in some days, so there has been more or less no movement on that side since the IPR. I'm quite worried now about the upper jaw, where the real crowding problems are :( And no, no way...

Ye, I did, not sure though if it's because of braces...for the first time in my life I had problems with tonsils, first was 2 weeks before getting braced, but then second episode next day after braces and third one within 2 more weeks. I'm ok now after antibiotics, but still feel discomfort when yaw...

I'm also doing the Six Months Smile but the elastics on my brackets really turned yellowish...fact is the dentist didn't forbid anything from eating/drinking, so I'm having my regular coffee, sometimes a glass of red wine, coke, etc...could this be the reason or am I doing something wrong when clean...

I'm kinda worried about the IPR I underwent on the lower jaw, because teeth look really separated from each other now..is this normal?

just had my "6 months smile" braces fitted yesterday and I'll have to go to out to a restaurant in about 2 weeks for a business dinner.
Any advices? For the moment I can only eat liquids, but with solid food I'd be afraid not to have food stuck between my braces...
