After a few days of use, I'm happy with them. Not as nice as the invisalign trays, but I only need to wear them when I sleep.

You'll get used to the little 'nodes' soon enough, and won't notice them there anymore. It feels slow at first, but after a few trays, it becomes a routine and you'll be thinking "What, time for the next tray already?"

I visited the clinic today, and a nurse helped me shorted the retainers. They feel much better now, but we shall see!

I solve the "have to brush after eating" problem by bringing around a ziplock with a toothbrush with me wherever I go. You can brush anywhere there is a toilet.
