Hi Claire, Its meant to hurt at the start, when "activating" the teeth (basically when they start to move) but after a few weeks that pain will stop. Good luck with your experience, I'm at week 5/6 now - finding it hard at the main tooth i wanted altered hasn't shirted in a while.. Keep go...
