Hi all I am considering buying the inman aligner deal on groupon and wondered if anyone else had done so and if they had a lot of extra costs on top? I know I am going to need an arch expander and am worried I will find out when its too late that I have a whole heap of extra costs. Any help much app...

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the info on here, I am about to go for an Inman Aligner consultation and looking forward to getting advice from fellow wearers and also passing on my own wisdom. Hopefully will have some updates soon!
