Yeah, definitely get a second opinion. I have learned to get 2nd opinions with anything these days. You'll be surprised how many times they'll contradict each other.

I mean, ortho treatment does provide a better situation for bacteria to grow so maybe it could affect one's health? Not suggesting you're not keeping it clean. Just thinking :)

Definitely get everything sorted out before you start ortho treatment. It makes it much more difficult to deal with these issues once you've started. Great advice on here.
