Thanks for the info. I would imagine you would have to have multiple session of botox over time? I wonder what the costs would be like. I will look into it!

Surgical hooks so far have not been a issue for me I guess maybe because of my big overbite. I can see probably see it hurting when the elastics will come on with the new bite.
