Thanks klobird. I like to think of myself as having a decent pain tolerance, but these spacers have me ready to cry. Good to know that it won't be like this the whole time I'm in braces.

No turning back now. The tooth is gone, and they put my spacers in today too. Those suckers HURT going in! I'm still numb, but expecting the rest of today to be a whole lot of NOT fun. But at least I can't chicken out anymore!
