Count me as one who doesn't regret extractions. Had four of them and profile is better, as is breathing (not sure why on the breathing, but much improved). So, no downside here.

I have self ligating and have gone anywhere from 4-6 weeks between appointments (currently at 5 weeks the last few appointments). Don't know what the norm is though.

I've had brace for about one year. At today's adjustment, the ortho was marveling at the progress thus far (I have to agree with him). So, I ask if this means the braces may come off earlier than the anticipated two years. He said it's too early to tell, but probably not. Maybe they just don't want ...

My dentist does the cleaning with the wires in. They don't seem to have a problem working around them.

Add me to the list of those that have been happy with the results after extractions. I have a long face anyway, but I've been told it looks more athletic.
