My ortho gave only one bag of Elastics to last a month. Do you need to replace them each cleaning/meal or once a day? Is it advised to use more than one to improve the effectiveness?

When my braces were first placed in didn't feel much pressure either. Once I have my first adjustment that totally changed. Had much more pain and headaches.

I'm 41 and i wish I knew better at a younger age how bad my teeth looked. I now realize how I avoided pictures and never smiled in public. It was a macho belief that I couldn't wear braces.
