i have decided that i dont have the stamina and courage for my recommended treatment plan. whimping out for 14k of cosmetic dentistry.

What methods are used to correct a deep bite? My orthodontist said that he is putting together a treatment plan to address this. In terms of severity, he said that I am a 9 on a scale of 1-10. My paranoia is getting the best of me. What am I in for?

I just left the orthos office after getting impressions done. He said something about a u line or u pull. Can't remember because I'm pretty overwhelmed. I tried to look both up online, and didn't get anywhere. Anyone?
