Can One use bite plates as retainers at the end of there braces run? i lost my upper retainer but i have the upper bite plate.

try to ask your ortho for a retainer case i always carry mine. i supposed to wear my lower 24/7 but since i work for fedex i only take them off every time i need to speak to a customer.
