I'm using the wax all over during the day but at night I take it off so that my cheeks can get use to it although I'm unsure if that is the right thing to do? My mouth is covered with sores... still struggling to talk.

Good luck for tomorrow. I had bottom braces put on yesterday and still in the" ÓMG what have I done?"stage. I'm very sore and my insides of my cheeks are aching and red from the braces rubbing up against it. As I keep telling myself... this will be all worth it in the end!! All the best
