hi mater33, the retainer hurt for 3 days but not as bad as the inman aligner. my teeth are now straight after 4 days. but i feel if i leave my retainer out for too long they might move back. the dentist said the longer i wear them the more stable my teeth will be in the new position..so far so good....

i have been given only one retainer, the dentist says i will wear this for 3 months. then further moulds will be taken
to get the next retainer.

went to my dentist today to get my retainer but it was the wrong type instead of the plastic retainer the lab sent a rubber
moulded night guard. gutted i have to wait another 7-10 days.
to all off those in the early days, it does get better.

im on week 4.2 one of my front teeth is almost done,however the other three are slow going and i cant notice any movement at all.
they all need to be pushed back. but its early days.

hello all, had my IA for 2 weeks today. cant see any difference but one front tooth is loose, so hoping it will all get going.

Had my IA for week and half. No movement yet!!! the speech is a little better but because my tongue does not
touch the roof of my mouth i wil have this problem for the full 12 weeks.
At least i can remove the IA and put it back without a mirror, some progress..
i am sure it will all happen soon.
