Wow you have had a lot of changes in 2 adjustments. I get my first adjustment in 3 weeks and I am surprised at how much they have moved in a month.

Rice seems to get stuck the worst but that is one food I will not give up! Pizza is tough to eat most of the time I just give up.

I've had my ceramics on for a month and they were sore for about a week but ibuprofen helped a lot.

I have had braces for a month and have always had trouble keeping my weight up even after 2 kids. I started at 105 pounds when I was braced up and now weigh 98 pounds. I want to weigh about 110-115 but have been drinking shakes every day to no avail.

Hi Jennifer I am pretty new here myself. I am 29 and finally in braces for the first time. I chose ceramic uppers and I am glad I did they are a lot less noticeable than metal and that was what I was looking for since I was unable to get invisalign. Good luck!!

Hope you see some progress soon! I was estimated 18-24months and I have a feeling it will be 24 +

Hello all, I have had Invu ceramic braces for a week now and I have to get a lower holding arch next week on the bottom. For those with a holding arch is it hard to get use to the arch? Did it affect your speech any? Thanks in advance!

Good luck! I am scheduled to get my spacers on July 10th and ceramic braces on July 16th.
