her upper teeth are way too angled outward.

my guess is it was to make her bite normal, but the only way to really fix is with surgery.

I called the insurance company to see how much they were covering after it was approved and I couldn't get an answer out of them either. If you knew twins and one of them had crooked teeth, would that make him more interesting somehow?

I wouldn't count on getting an accurate quote from anyone. I called the Beth Israel BILLING department to see how much the surgery would cost AFTER they already sent the info to the insurance company and they couldn't tell me how much it would be. They couldn't even give me an estimate. so yeah... B...

This isnt me, but my top teeth are pretty much the same, with the red line representing the braces.

so the question is, are the incisors going to get pushed up or are the canines getting pulled down, maybe some of both?
