dont worry!! the beginning is always the worst. Take advil for the pain and eat soft foods. Once you see progress in your teeth you'll feel a lot better! the pain does go away and you will get used to the look. Don't take them out you will regret it!

wear them! for the first week its a little weird getting used to just like braces. But they work REALLY well and it can shorten your braces time by up to a year if you wear them!

DONT remove them!!!! It's just part of the process to make space. It's especially common if you have power chains. Happens to everyone, happens to me! They'll close up soon.

I would ask my ortho but I won't see him for another month and a half. I'm almost at the end of gettting them off and I really want to speed up the process.
