I have been on my lingual braces over 4 months and recently I have been getting bad breath.
I never had this problem before and I have been brush 3 times a day with mouthwash. I have been concerned about this and I would like to know if there is anything else I can do to improve it.

I suggest make sure you are brushing you're teeth very well with mouthwash, you're orthodontist should change the arch wire every adjustment so he can apply more pressure to the arch wires which makes the teeth move. Thanks for the replies guys, my first braces adjustment is in 3 weeks and I will tell my ortodontist to tighten the arch wire as I didn't experience any pain at all.
