Excellent, bet you were well pleased for them to move after just 4 days, one last question sorry- did you have to wear the clear aligner during the day as well as at night for a while and if so for how long?

Hi. Can anyone advise on the filing? what does it feel like etc? Do you get injected to numb it? Also can anyone comment on when your dentist has been really reluctant to file but you think its necessary?
