It's ok ! Thats normal , sometimes it cant be helped , I broke my lace back without realising it so i ended going in every 2 weeks ....dont worry take it easy =)

Got braced at 24. ( few days after my birthday infact hehehe)
Started exploring the idea of putting braces when I was 23 but needed a few months to overcome dental phobia...

It shouldnt be as bad as when they are initially put on.
After my 1st adjustment (wire change and tightening the thingy w/e it's called :P) it hurt for a few days then the pain subsides =)

Lean forward when the tray/gunk is in your mouth , seemed to help when I had mine done. My dentist used her hand to hold the tray in place because I was getting restless a bit (major gag reflex too!) ^^;;;;
