Well! Oh my gosh, time flys so fast! I got brackets put on my two lower molars to pull everything into line. The ortho said my bottom row are perfect! It's only the top row that needs work. The clear white disgusting stuff is normal. It's just like saliva but it get's caught up in your braces and dries a bit while you're sleeping. I got it heapssss when I first got my braces, I'd wake up first thing and shove a tissue in my mouth.
