Anyones disolvable stitches come out yet? I can see mine inside my cheeks. One is a bit loose but dont want to touch or pull them

Its completely normal! Its a stressful time - you have had this date in your head and now it is approaching. It was a panic for me too and I couldn't sleep well the week before it. Hi Stunner, i think it depends on what surgery you get. I just got my lower jaw advanced, so havent been wired shut or anything. The bands are pretty small but they're v strong (except the one that snapped!) and yep they work alongside the splint/wafer to hold everything in place. I went in to the h...
