I asked myself the same question months ago and now I'm sitting here with braces thinking 'this isnt as bad as I first thought!'

Hi folks my name is Laura. I'm 25 and have just been fitted with a fixed brace on both upper and lower teeth.

I've been told to expect to have them for around 18 months.

Just thought Id register on here for some support/helpful tips etc from the experience brace wears on here.
