I would wake up with my teeth clenched many times while in braces. I can't recall that happening before I had them. I know I have read of it happening to others as well.

I did that a lot throughout my treatment. I would wake up and be so surprised that I was clenching like that.

Normal! A lot of times things get worse before they get better You'll likely have spaces that appear and then eventually are gone throughout your treatment.

I had ceramic on top and bottom, but I have heard of others only having ceramic on top Nobody likes to think about being in braces but it will be so worth it in the end! Congrats on preparing to take the journey
