After brushing and before mouthwash, I use a waterpik on my brackets every night

what are spacers for?

really dounts on the back bracket. does it work well?

can't see the photo. but I had some bonding done when I chipped one of my lower front teeth. My dentist did mention they may not last long though.

I didn;t think permanent retainers break so easily!!!

I think for most people who lose weight while in braces is due to 3 things. 1) biting down on things hurts. so we end up eating a lot less 2) we don;t eat as many snacks because we like to keep the braces as clean as possible. 3) as the teeth move, the bone remodelling probably uses up a lot of calo...
