Eight week adjustment was quick and painless.

I have my first adjustment tomorrow.

I'm 45, and I've had braces installed for two weeks now. I also had to have an extraction in order correct some crowding on the bottom as well.

45. I got my braces on 8/13/12

Today marks my second week since having braces installed. My tongue no longer hurts and I can now eat most of the foods that are a part of my diet without pain or discomfort. I am starting to get used to the food that gets caught in the braces while chewing. Things are starting to get back to normal...
