Big fairplayvery bad when it comes to dental fear and is now starting to for overcoming your dental phobia. My bother is very bad for the dental fear and is paying the consequences big time now so at least you'll have a healthy as well as a beautiful and straight smile when the braces come off in time

I started flossing properly when I got my braces and would usually do it twice a day and it became such a routine that I still do it to this day!!!

I forgot to mention that my earlier period in braces was to fix an overbite and alot of crowding I had going on. I started with a twin block for nearly a year, then I had 2 pre molars extracted and then metal braces top and bottom for 23 months
