I'm not braced as yet, but I tend to notice peoples teeth more, like if they have nice teeth, or if someone's teeth are chipped, or if they're crooked and I notice people who have braces more as well.

Yes I have mine braced at the moment, the first time I didn't get wax but they weren't rubbing that much then, but after I went for my next appointment they made the sectionals longer and thats when the rubbing started, the assistant gave me wax that time, you might have to try and get some to help ...

I havent had my braces in yet, hopefully on Nov 29th two weeks after I've turned 21 I will be braced, and hopefully braces will be off when I'm 23.
