I looked like a chipmunk for about a week, but the swelling wasn't terrible. I think the difficulty eating was more annoying for me than the swelling. I was in high school when I had all of mine surgically removed (impacted) and I think I only missed a few days.

I guess it's best to trust our doctors. I have anxiety issues, so I'm 100x more tense than I need to be!
