im not sure of an exact ingridents, but here is a list that has stained mine in the past:

-pasta sauce (tomato)
-coffe/dark tea
-dark sodas (espcially red and purple)


and i dont like curry but like you said it stains also

i dont know if this is related or not but....when i was a child and my mom would clean my ears with a q-tip (cotton swab) my throat would itch and i would gag.....maybe the same effect but backwards...lol

Yes i also experience this soon after any adjustments. I think its because i clench my jaw very tightly during my sleep so it pushes the teeth. but i dont know.
