This is my second time around. I had uppers when I was 12. I am 28 now and just got metal lowers and ceramic uppers on front, but the rest of the uppers are metal other than the front 6.

:-1 I hear ya Louise! I just got mine put on Yesterday. I LOVE LOVE LOVE food. It has been almost heartbreaking not being able to eat anything more than yogurt. I wish you well!! At least your not having to take anything for the pain, and hopefully, like they keep saying it will get better with time.

You can use the regular dairy type smoothie recipes; just replace the traditional milk with almond milk....It's yummy and packs a lot of protein.
