Hello everyone Just realised it will be three weeks tomorrow since I was braced. Nothing really changed so far, not using the wax, lips and cheeks have healed completely, my teeth are a bit sensitive but not sore :lol: Eating normally with the exception of really crunch foods such as crisps, carrots...

Thank you .... I'm feeling much better today, all the little sore spots are healing up and I have reduced my wax to the bare minimum and all is good.

Looking forward to seeing them straighten up too, I've lived with them all these years .... I can be patient for a wee while longer

I too turned down braces when at High School and regreted it for most of my adult life. Now 42 (in May) and got my braces yesterday

Only got my braces yesterday and my next appointment is on 11th March so 4/12 weeks?

Thank you. I actually popped a little Goan curry cracker into my mouth without thinking about it yesterday afternoon and quickly spat it back out... it was bright yellow colour so I assume contained lots of turmaric.... nearly had dreaded stained ligatures
